The initial report, although uncorroborated at this point, mentions several loots of the phat variety being obtained from the body of the beast. Details are as follows:

 

Bracelets of Wrath – Iniquitynin

Nemesis Bracers – Sparhawke

Gloves of Rapid Evolution – Morta

 

Although the report is still sketchy at best, we have determined that the End Guys ventured further into the lair of Nefarion following their total pwnage of Razorgore:
